RISE

RISE was test project for new ideas and workflow's that I've learned over the years, just wanted to make complete picture. Everything is done on single workstation, so i lot of optiomization so everything can stay in 24GB memory limitation.
There are things to be fixed, but its slow process to do on single PC, but good that i know how to fix them for future tests.
- better trubulance on water
- better meshing for some parts
- more layers of fluid simulation from holes and sides
- more sampling for render
- wet layers on spaceship - water slide
